Meet Joe Panzarella
My name is Joe Panzarella, and I am running for Houston City Council District C. I love Houston, and believe its potential is limitless.
I’ve spent the past five years organizing alongside my neighbors for safe streets, affordable housing, and to give residents a real voice at City Hall.
I was endorsed by the Houston Chronicle for my “ability to connect the challenges on the ground in District C with the specific policy solutions available at city hall.”
As your Council Member, I will make sure your voice is heard at City Hall. Together, we can continue to make District C a place where every person and family can live joyfully, move freely, and feel safe. Let’s make it happen.

Safe Streets
Joe will put safety first by fixing sidewalks, slowing dangerous streets, improving drainage, and designing roads that protect people. No one should fear getting to work, school, or the park—whether they drive, walk, bike, or roll.
Sustainable Development
With aging water pipes, and a city budget deficit looming, Houston can’t afford business as usual. We must rethink how we build in District C to prioritize affordable housing, protect our water supply, and create safe spaces for kids.
Responsible Government
It’s critical we expand constituent services, advance heat mitigation efforts, and protect the rights and safety of Houston’s LGBTQ+ community. Joe will make the government work for you.
