Workers in Freedmen's Town improperly removed more than 120 historic bricks, civic leaders say

In an Instagram post, Joe Panzarella, president of the Freedmen’s Town Super Neighborhood in Houston’s Fourth Ward, said a private developer that hired out contractors was responsible for the brick removal.
